Returns

Splash wants you to be happy with your purchase and experience with us, so we’ve made returning and refunding products simple and hassle-free.

If you’re not satisfied, you can return any unused product within 30 days of delivery for a refund (minus shipping and an $8.95 restocking fee).

• Email support@splashfoam.com or call 1 (866) 647-2278 to get your Return Authorization (RMA).
• Products must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging.
• RMA number must be clearly marked on the return package.
• Returns must be received within 45 days of delivery.
• Shipping costs are non-refundable.
• We cannot refund items marked "Return to Sender."

Refunds are issued to your original payment method. Processing typically takes up to 10 business days after we receive your return.

Missing or Delayed Refund?

Please allow up to 30 days for your bank or card provider to process the refund. If you still haven’t received it, reach out to us at support@splashfoam.com.

Shipping

You are responsible for return shipping costs. If you receive a refund, the original shipping charges will be deducted from your refund total.
